than hops and malt during the brewing process
is traditionally not an option., but mixing finished beer
is popular. Lager with sparkling lemonade “Limo”
gives the popular “Radler” (cyclist). Hefeweizen (wheat-beer)
is mixed with with Cola for Colaweizen (co-hef?).
We brew the sodas for our take on both.
